Most of our client assignments are in four phases:
- Initial visit to determine client needs (Needs Analysis)
- In-depth study and development of recommendations for improvements
- Implementation of recommendations
- Follow-up and audit to ensure continuing improvements
We help clients to control and reduce costs, reengineer business processes, change organizations from
