The Hayo Consultants believes in involving client personnel in every step of every project. We guide and assist them to be successful. In this way we find that clients will perpetuate improvements. They have "bought into them from the beginning."
With knowledge and experience gained from working with hundreds of clients our senior level consultants can quickly contribute to the success of new projects.
Most of our client assignments are in four phases:
- Initial visit to determine client needs (Needs Analysis)
- In-depth study and development of recommendations for improvements
- Implementation of recommendations
- Follow-up and audit to ensure continuing improvements
We help clients to control and reduce costs, reengineer business processes, change organizations from
"knowing how" to "doing," develop comprehensive programs for continuous improvement, establish teams and empower workers, improve employee productivity, and set up performance measurements and reporting.
