	Materials, Inventory, and Warehouse Management
	Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

The first three seminars are based on the public seminars of the same name but are tailored to the needs of the specific client. Tailoring makes it more meaningful for those attending within the plant or from plants within the same company. In all cases the latest techniques and their application are explained and thoroughly discussed.

The CMMS training can be conducted with groups of Maintenance and Operations personnel or one-on-one with company personnel at client locations. CMMS training can be general or highly focused on given topics with client's CMMS.

The exact length of the seminar depends on the client's needs and the amount of in-depth training to be done. It usually begins with a three day seminar – a combination of in-class and field training. One-on-one or group training may follow at selected intervals.

Half-day Management Briefings can be arranged following the more detailed seminars.This keeps management current with what was covered in the seminar and how it will benefit their operations. Companies find the Briefing to be a useful supplement to the seminar.
